Con Derecho a Viajar was born in Bahía Solano with one clear conviction: the Colombian Pacific has enormous potential, and tourism can be a real development tool for the communities that call it home.

Founded in 2025 by Carolina — a human rights lawyer — the agency is committed to tourism that doesn't just visit, but transforms: the traveler, the community, and the territory.

Today we are joined by Laura, our scientific advisor, who brings the biodiversity and conservation perspective that makes every experience an authentic encounter with the nature of the Pacific.

Human rights lawyer and native of the Colombian Pacific. She created Con Derecho a Viajar with the conviction that community tourism is a tool for development and dignity in her home territory.

Biologist and microbiologist with a Master's in Biological Sciences, specialized in aquatic mammal conservation. Researcher at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and certified whale watching guide. She bridges science and territory to create authentic and meaningful experiences.
